Yes: Scleroderma causes scarring, hyperpigmentation, and vitiligo of skin as well as raynauds phenomenon, and scarring and vascular changes in the hands and feet, lungs kidneys, and heart. If just confined to the skin in one or several areas it is called morphea. There is treatment for all of these. A dermatologist for morphea, a rheumatologist for system scleroderma.
