Is it possible for me to get preggy even if i'm not having my period for a year now?

You CAN get pregnant: Absolutely! not having your period for a year means there is absolutely no way to predict when you might be ovulating. If you do not wish to be pregnant you should continue using a reliable form of birth control, and consult your health care provider for an evaluation of why you're not having your period. A year without menses at your age should be evaluated.
