Is your resting heart rate supposed to be taken when you wake up in the morning and are still in bed? Mine can be in the low 60s while waking up but later in the day it can change from anywhere from 60-90 BPM. I dont know when I should take it?
My heart rate sat down in day is around 60-75 i lay down at night it can be a low as 47 is another node taking over?
