My dad has a normal no but a low heart rate in the 40s. he's pale looking. yesterday he passed out for unknown amount of time. what is there to do?

Syncope: He may have passed out from a number of reasons. I see that he has hypertension, I would be concerned that his blood pressure is too low. Also his low heart rate is concerning. He needs to be evaluated as soon as possible by his doctor to figure out what is going on. Good luck to you both.
