Tingling and numbnes: Tingling and numbness following alcohol indicates nerve damage (neuropathy). If acute, it may resolve but in alcoholics it may become a lingering issue. Abstinence from alcohol and thiamine and Folic Acid supplement may help.

Neuropathy?: If you are drinking enough to do some damage to your peripheral nerves, this could be the cause. Nerve damage from alcohol can occur in people who are particularly sensitive to the toxic effects of alcohol on nerves, and is more common in women who drink heavily than in drinking men. Safe limits for drinking in women are no more than 7 drinks/week and no more than 4 on any one occasion. Slow down.
