Better not pregnant: Physiologically would be better after pregnancy. Progesterone level is high and this loosens connective tissue (naturally to allow belly to stretch etc..And causes many other physiologic changes, including healing. Also, you will be able to do rehab much better following surgery while not pregnant. So, if it is possible to delay, i would choose after pregnancy. Consult your doc..Good luck.
