What med?: I'm not sure what medication you're referring to, to help you stay clean. Seroquel (quetiapine) is an antipsychotic but doesn't interrupt drug or alcohol craving. If there's something else you haven't mentioned, please share this when re-asking your question and we can try again. Depending on how severely you drank and used drugs, your liver enzymes could still be elevated from that.
