Re evaluate: You need to find out whether the prolactin level was real and if so, why is it elevated. You shouldn't just treat something just because it's mildly abnorm, especially when your cycle is regular in the first place. Oftentimes, the mildly elevated prolactin will be normal on the repeat test without treatment. I recommend repeating the blood test and see what iti is now.
