I feel a pulsating pain at my left side below my rib cage. its not very painful but irritating and comes at 30 seconds to 1 minute intervals.

Hmmmm: Not sure what this could be. The abdominal aorta can sometimes be felt in the abdomen, but is not normally painful. You should get an exam and show the doctor where the pain is, so they can examine you and possibly get an x-ray to assure there is nothing there more serious. Good luck.

Please see a doctor: This could be due to so many things including but not limited to musculoskeletal, neuronal or from inner organs. Sometime just a gas pain too. Please see a doctor.
