Suggest exam: Twitching and spasm sound like a neuromuscular issue but the pulsating feeling could be a vessel of some sort. Even if not painful, would recommend you have this examined by your pcp who may suggest x-ray or ultrasound to evaluated further or send you on to a specialist.
