Haven't exercise in over a year. when i do now i feel nauseous. is this normal? i am overall healthy and that's what i don't uunderstand.

Too much, too soon: Nausea is not unusual if you're over-doing it. If you're otherwise healthy and not having nausea when resting, i suggest you just back off your program and start slow, taking weeks to gradually build up. Good for you for getting into shape!
