Change the bra type: May due to skin irritation due to rubbing of bra straps.

Couple things: If it is an acne cyst, your doc or dermatologist may want to inject it with a steroid. If it is a white head or pustule, you can use an over the over the counter 10% benzoyl peroxide for the back. You may need prescription meds if this continues so see your doctor. Of course, also consider trying a different bra because perhaps the bra is causing a contact dermatitis or you are allergic to th bra.
