Antibiotcs, accutane: Bad back acne can be very difficult to treat. The pores are deeper. Sweat makes it worse. This is something that you are genetically predisposed to. Systemic antibiotics are usually required to get it under control. Need to be on them long term. Another option is accutane. In 90% it will cure the acne if taken in the right dose and for about 5 months. Need to talk with dermatologist.
