Why do you ask?: This is nothing that you need, or probably want, to know. There is no magic pill to change the past, or any physical damage that drug use may have done to you. If you're getting along with your life and are reasonably happy and well-liked, be thankful. Do you really want to be known as 'the guy who isn't right because of all the drugs his mom did?' I'll bet that in any case, you're fine.
