That would be interesting: if the eyes protrude, and the brain got bigger if we thought too much! Then you would see doctors with very strange heads and eyes. Usually, if your eyes protrude, and it's noticeable to you, then you need to go see your eye doctor. An oculoplastic surgeon would be very familiar with this, and can measure your eyes, and determine if it might be related to your thyroid. It has more to do with this, then the size of the brain.

No relationship: If your eyes are protruding (both of them) then you might have some problem with your thyroid gland. You should see your family doctor to get this checked out. The brain size does not change with thinking or use. The internal linkages and connections do alter with focused use, but these do not change the brain size.
