A member asked:

Can you tell me if one day light period could you still ovulate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: A one day light period is a very scant endometrium(lining of the womb). When ovulation occurs, the second female hormone, progesterone, thickens the endometrium and when it sheds at the end of the cycle it is usually much more significant bleeding than "one day light".
