No: If you don't ovulate, you typically don't have a cycle. Having said that, there are instances where a woman will cycle even though she hasn't ovulated. Typically this happens because lining of uterus becomes so heavy/thick with tissue that it sloughs off, though not necessarily in response to hormones as in a normal cycle, but due to anatomy of lining. You can use ovulating prediction kit.
