AV block: A PR interval of &gt;200 milliseconds is indicative of atrio-ventricular (AV) block. If a QRS always follows, it's 1st degree. If a QRS sometimes drops, it's 2nd degree. If there's no relationship of P wave to QRS complexes, it's 3rd degree. In all cases, there is conduction system disease present.
