Pacemaker/defibprob?: Wire "coming out" of a pacemaker/defibrillator is not common. If you are having a problem with yhour implanted device you need to see your cardiologist as soon possible who can arrange for your device to be interrogated. At sucvh visit other causes of your right chest pain can be evaluated. Please do NOT delay this doctor visit.
