Tough one: Depends on many factors you have not listed. Height , weight , body fat, existing measurements, etc. One thing that will help with strength and likely improve chest, arms and back : Chin-ups, Pull-ups, push-ups. Every day 2 x day. Starting with a few and building to 3 sets of many more. You will see results Good Luck.

Gym-free exercises: To increase your chest gym-free and weights free you should perform isometric, isotonic and plyometric moves 3-5 times per week. Ask a professional trainer for a safe set for you. Good luck.
