Tough one: Depends on many factors you have not listed. Height , weight , body fat, existing measurements, etc. One thing that will help with strength and likely improve chest, arms and back : Chin-ups, Pull-ups, push-ups. Every day 2 x day. Starting with a few and building to 3 sets of many more. You will see results Good Luck.
