Depend ....: For one with long but retractable foreskin with no recurrent infection/inflammation, do nothing but keep up regular topical hygiene as usual. If not retractable and/or with recurrent irritation from infection/inflammation, circumcision is the surest measure to take for long-term care. If still in doubt, see Urologist timely. Best wish ...
