Hemorrhage: If you vision is fine and the eye does not hurt, then you probably caused a tiny leak in a blood vessel in the conjunctiva- termed subconjunctival hemorrhage. These are benign and while they might increase in size over a few days, they will eventually be absorbed with no problem to the eyes. Give it a little time and if it still present after a week or so, then see an ophthalmologist.
