What do you advise if i was diagnosed with labrynthitis, my doc gave me some pills to stop my dizziness, should i take a pain killer is it ok?

Pain killer will not: Acute labyrinthitis is usually caused by a virus. Treatment is symptomatic for the severe vertigo. There should not be much pain and pain killer is generally not necessary. Antibiotics are also not necessary.
