A member asked:

Can you tell me if the man with kline felter syndrome(man with small testicles) can overcome infertility and become a father?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes: Most Klinefelter men are infertile, but some studies report that up to 50% have some good spermatozoa in the testes, and some of these men have become fathers especially through assisted reproduction. If this isn't an option for you, or it's not successful, then I hope you'll find it equally rewarding to become involved in community activities that help other folks' kids. Best wishes.
