Depends: If a medical doctor, med school will expose you to every subspecialty and you will find some appealing; some not so. Are you technical, outgoing, people shy, compulsive, good with your hands, etc. Hopefully you would align your traits with the type of doctor demanded for each specialty. You can choose between child or adult care, psychiatry, laboratory medicine, etc. It is a long list.

Wonderful: That's great news. The first step is to take the MCAT and get into medical school. Don't worry about what type of doctor to be yet. Every doctor gets the same medical education. In your third or fourth year, you will get an idea of what specialty you want to go into based on your interests and experiences in school. Good luck.
