Nuclear Stress w/ Lexiscan shows moderate to severe ischemia anterior/apical wall. Cath scheduled, doc thinks no blockage, why? I have LBBB; no other defects LV normal size and function, 50% EF. Y?

Will taking celexa affect my lbbb? My diagnosis of LBBB has given me pretty good anxiety and my doc prescribed 10 mg once a day of citalopram.
Is SCA a threat for me? LBBB with slight diastolic dysfunction. No other problems, clean cath, good BP , doc says no meds. EF 50%. I exercise daily
