Plastic Surgery: Plastic surgery if you want that look without clothes. A well fitting bra if you want it while clothed.

Breast lift: Breasts go through many changes after breast feeding, with the most common being some degree of sagging and volume loss. If you are happy with the size then a breast lift would work, and there are several ways of doing that. Implants are a good choice for restoring fullness to the upper part of the breasts for a perky look. Nonsurgical approaches will unfortunately be ineffective.
