Seek better option: If you're gravely sick and in a place where it's legal, talk with your physician. Otherwise, the Bremen Town Musicians had the right idea, "You can find something better than death anywhere." Talk with somebody sensible and realize your mind is probably playing a cruel and dangerous trick to make you overlook opportunities.

Speak to a therapist: You need to speak to a therapist, Life may seem dismal, but as long as you are alive, things can change for the better. It may not feel possible to you now, but I have helped clients who felt like you who are now living happy lives they never dreamed possible. Get into therapy!
