What to do if i may have an inguinal hernia because of an undescended testicle?

Physical exam: First, see you primary care for a physical exam. Undescended testes don't cause hernias, but generally need to be removed, especially if it is still undescended at age 46. May need referral to a general surgeon and/or urologist. Hope this helps!
