Inguinal hernia: What side is your hernia and what side the pain? yes the hernia could give you scrotal /testicular pain because in a hernia the bowel enters the scrotal sac so there is pressure as well a bowel pain from being compressed. Have you seen a urologist for your hernia usually they fix them
