Be a diplomat anyway: These emotions make us feel alive and powerful. Some religions and political movements urge people to "hate" others. These ultimately make everyone miserable. Anger may point the way to righting things that are wrong. In today's world, you need to be a diplomat or you won't be employable. Enjoy "righteous indignation" on the inside, but don't let it show an ugly side in your day-to-day behavior.

Hatred & anger: Here is the issue- we seldom change unless our current status is causing us pain. If you enjoy feeling hatred & anger you may not have much motivation to change it. However, if you at some point begin to feel the consequences from this - you might develop a reason to change.
