Platelets: Your value is significantly below the normal limit but is not at a dangerously low level for spontaneous bleeding. Sometimes platelets may group together before they run through the machine resulting in an erroneously low level, but drugs, marrow failure and many other diseases can also be responsible. Best to investigate further with some follow-up testing to rule out platelet clumping first. Have lab use their anti-clumping method to repeat the test.
