Any time you have a weird: Sensation, twitch, feeling in your eyeball itself, then it's time to see your eye doctor. It could be anything, or could be nothing. In either case a dilated funduscopic exam will reveal exactly what's going on. Then you can have peace of mind.

Twitching: Twitching of the eyelids are usually due to stress, lack of sleep or dry eyes. It is usually not serious. See you eye doctor for diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
