Go to Dr. : Today. There are multiple things going on here that may or may not be related, but your baby is only 10 weeks old and I think an evaluation is indicated.

Many things here: At 11 weeks old, your child has several issues going on. Best to see the Pediatrician and get a full exam and attention given to all the issues.

Rule out infection: The rash, blister and irritability may be signs of an infection. Please see your pediatrician, and check the temperature rectally. If the temperature is 100. 4 or higher, please see the Emergency room for further work up.
