It can be: Depends on a few factors but it is not unusual to get muscle twitches after being fatigued, ingesting lots of coffee, or just doing nothing. As long as the twitches occur in the ABSENCE of true muscle weakness or loss of muscle mass (atrophy) then, they are likely benign. Ask your physician or a good neurologist to give you a once over if you're still concerned.
