I had a full body deep tissue massage yesterday. today my muscles have been twitching or light spasms all day. is the normal if muscles that are very tight experience deep tissue massage?

Sore and aching muscles are not unusual after receiving a deep tissue massage. I'm sure the muscle spasms are related and should resolve in a day or two.
