See Your PCP: Pain in the back after eating suggests a GI cause of this. Could be GERD (Reflux Dz), Stomach/Duodenal Ulcer, Pancreatitis, Liver Dysfunction of even Gallbladder issues. If those are all ruled out, then maybe get a Thoracic Spine MRI to rule out spinal disc pathology.
