Cervical Stenosis: It depends on your symptoms. If you are in a lot of pain, have trouble walking, or have other neurologic complaints then you should be seen by a spine specialist. Treatment can include anything from physical therapy to epidural injections to surgery.

Depends: How severe? Symptoms? Spinal surgery might be of definitive assistance if you have symptoms or have failed conservative treatment.

See a Dr.: I would recommend that you see a spine specialist for further evaluation. You may eventually require surgery. Check out Spine-health.com.
