Treat ear infection.: When ear has an infection your balance and dizziness are affected. This can lead to nausea and vomiting. Go to doctor get it treated. Dizziness medication can mask the symptoms of dizziness, but will not solve the problem. Infection clears, dizziness is expected to clear too. Meclizine (OTC for dizziness).
