What to do if i have a awful ear infection and over the past 12 hrs what to do if i have taken 9 advil (ibuprofen) is that too much?

Almost: That is pretty close to the maximum amount of advil (ibuprofen) that can be taken in a 24 hour period. If your pain is that severe you should probably ask your doctor for a different type of pain reliever
