Omega 3 Capsules: Omega 3 capsules are most likely fish oil. Any oil can oxidize and become rancid. That is the risk. If they have been kept in a cool dark place, they may be okay. If they smell rancid or have not been in a cool place, then I would throw them out. Oxidized fat is not good.
