What do you advise if i had to do a blood test for arthritis and diabetes last week and it came out clean. can it be anxiety?

Not enough info: You need to supply specifics to anyone to even begin to try to give you an answer. Normal tests for diabetes rule out that diagnosis. However, numerous types of arthritis are not diagnosed by blood tests. See a rheumatologist if you have significant arthritic issues.
