Lumps: All lumps warrant seeing a health care professional for a diagnosis as soon as possible. Could it me cancer? Yes. There are other more likely possibilities and some of them such as an untreated infection can also result in very serious consequences. Start by seeing a dentist asap for a definitive diagnosis and appropriate treatment, if necessary.
