Motivation: more motivation. u could consider a diet/wellness coach. u can find someone local that prepares fresh meals for delivery. theres many businesses in NYC that provide great meals daily that are matched to diet & fitness goals. you could read up on "mindful eating" too. lastly, tie your eating good meals to a behavior that u can do easily & everyday. small changes over time = big changes over time
