Generally yes.: Coca cola, pepsi and other non-diet soft drinks contain an enormous amount of sugar, generally in the form of high fructose corn syrup. A healthy diet should contain as little of this as possible. If you are young, health, and not overweight, an occasional coke or pepsi would probably not be harmful, but with age many people develop glucose intolerance, a precursor to diabetes. Drink diet soda.
