Plan better: Your body isn't built to do all nighters. In fact, besides water, you'll die of sleep deprivation before you starve to death! That said, if you MUST stay awake, try snacking on small snacks and staying hydrated through the night. Granola bars, peanut bars, gatorade, water, things like that. NOT pizza and soda, NOT alcohol. If you must caffeinate, make sure you drink a cup of water for every coffee
