What do you suggest if i could use sph, cyl and axis on my eye test to rate my vision strength and if yes how to rate my vision strength?

Yes: The best number to use is sphere (sph). If you are nearsighted or myopic the number has a minus sign in front of it. The higher the number, the worse your uncorrected vision is. If you are farsighted, the number is a plus sign and the same applies. The cyl stands for cylinder and is a measure of astigmatism. The higher the number, the worse the astigmatism
