Was it fasting?: Hi. Finger stick blood glucoses are not adequate for diagnosis (although they're pretty good). Were you fasting or not? If fasting, repeat with a blood draw (venous) serum glucose. If you weren't fasting, it could be stone cold normal. I suggest you see a doctor for a formal test if you're worried, have symptoms, and/or risk factors.
