What to do if i'm now 8 months out of acl surgery and the knee that i had surgery on cracks frequently, what is this?

Scar tissue.: It could be some scar tissue that formed after surgery, or it can be the tracking of your kneecap. check with your surgeon, for a specific diagnosis, as to what's causing the cracking.
