Have eye doctor look: at it. Depends where this dot is 'under your eye'. Is it on the eyball conjunctiva (white area?) Is it on the lid margin? Is it on the lower eyelid? It may be important to have it viewed under the slit lamp microscope to take a better look at it, and see what's going on.
